You may recognise my name as I’ve been working in the laser industry in a variety of different engineering capacities for many years.
 
I would describe myself as a “versatile laser & IPL engineer with a multi-faceted engineering background, supported by sound engineering qualifications” – and I could list several pages of technical qualifications alongside all the companies (including Lumenis, DEKA and many other leading laser distributors) that I have worked for, but you’re probably bored reading this already when all you want to know is whether I can keep your laser/IPL equipment in good condition so that it works safely and reliably!

With over 25 years in the laser market, I’ve done everything from working as a service engineer, distributor, consultant and industry technical adviser in both the medical and cosmetic laser market alongside successfully developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for laser and IPL systems helping to keep them performing optimally and reducing downtime. 

I’ve developed a knack for “trouble shooting” and have lots of experience resolving complex solutions and working to deadlines, while keeping within the constraints of legislation.
